Frequently Asked Questions

  • All appointments are booked online through our website. Openings are released monthly and are first come, first served.

  • New appointments are open on the 1st of each month at 8:00PM.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled within the same month, based on availability. Appointments canceled during the last week of the month must be rebooked when the next month’s schedule opens.

  • Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes. Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Within 48 hours: 50% of the service total will be charged. Within 24 hours or same-day: 100% of the service total applies. No-shows are charged in full.

  • Any unpaid balances must be resolved before booking a future appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result in restricted booking access.
