New appointments are open on the 1st of each month at 8:00PM.

Clients must rebook online and submit a new NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve another appointment

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and appointment times are limited, we require a minimum 48-hour notice for any cancellation, reschedule, or service change.

Changes made to appointments within 48 hours, 24 hours, or same-day will result in the remaining balance being charged to the card on file, totaling 100% of the service amount

No-shows are charged in full

Appointments may be canceled through the automated confirmation link sent via text/email, however please be mindful that cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will still result in the remaining balance being charged to the card on file, totaling 100% of the service amount

Service reductions made within 48 hours of the appointment may still be charged based on the originally reserved appointment time and services booked

Missed appointments are time that cannot be recovered. Aleman Beauty Studio reserves the right to charge the full service amount for any appointment not canceled within the required 48-hour notice period.

Declined cards must be resolved before future booking access is restored

If full payment is not received, booking access with Aleman Beauty Studio will be restricted until the balance is paid

Repeated late cancellations, reschedules, service changes, or no-shows may result in permanent booking restrictions or removal from our salon
