POLICIES & BOOKING GUIDELINES
To keep scheduling fair, organized, and accessible to all clients, please review the following before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies:
HOW BOOKING WORKS
• Clients may prebook their next appointment in-studio after completing their visit
• Members receive priority booking and are contacted first for the upcoming month
• Remaining availability opens online on the 1st of each month at 8:00 PM
• All appointments are first come, first served through our website
• Appointments may be rescheduled within the same month, based on availability
• Appointments canceled during the last week of the month must be rebooked when the next month’s schedule opens
CARD ON FILE REQUIRED
• A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments
• Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show
• Full payment is due at the time of service (cash or card accepted)
• Cash, Apple Cash, or Zelle preferred to avoid a transaction card fee.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens, please notify us in advance if you need to make changes
• Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees
• Within 48 hours: 50% of the service total
• Within 24 hours or same-day: 100% of the service total
• No-shows are charged in full
• Declined cards must be resolved before future booking
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access
Please book mindfully, missed appointments are time that cannot be recovered
ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• Appointments are reserved specifically for you
• Late arrivals will be serviced based on the remaining time available
• Services may be shortened or adjusted accordingly
• Full service fees still apply

• Room #3 — studio name will be on the door
STUDIO POLICIES
• One client at a time — no guests or children
• Please silence phones during services
• Restroom available on site
APPOINTMENT PREP
• Arrive with a clean face and no makeup for lash or facial services
• Avoid makeup on areas being waxed to reduce irritation
